Yes. We specialise in e-bike delivery and safely transport lithium battery-equipped bikes that many parcel couriers refuse.
Do I need to box or fully dismantle my e-bike?
No. There’s no need for boxing. We ask that pedals are removed and the handlebars loosened and turned inline with the frame.
If required, our driver can assist at collection.
Is my e-bike insured during delivery?
Yes. Your e-bike is transported with insurance in place, subject to our Terms of Service.
If you’re sending a particularly high-value bike, contact us before booking.
Will I be able to track my delivery?
