With our E-Bike Delivery Service, there’s no need to dismantle or box your bike. All we ask is that you remove the pedals beforehand, loosen the handlebar stem and rotate the handlebar so it’s in line with the frame. If you’re uncomfortable doing this, our driver will be happy to do it for you. Whether you’re sending a commuter e-bike, a folding model, or a lightweight hybrid, we ensure it arrives at its destination safely, on time, and ready to ride.

How It Works:

1. Please read our Terms of Service beforehand to ensure our service is right for you.

2. Book your delivery online and fill in the bike details, collection and delivery addresses, and contact information.

3. Choose your delivery zone — pricing varies based on location.

4. Receive instant confirmation and real-time updates throughout the journey.

5. On the day of delivery, the recipient will receive a live tracking link and a courtesy notification when we’re approximately one hour away.
