What does Ebike Couriers do?
We provide a specialist collection and delivery service for electric bikes, cargo bikes, e-scooters, and electric motorcycles. Our services are tailored to the needs of both individuals and businesses, with optional on-delivery bike assembly available.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes, we operate nationwide across the UK. Our service is structured into zones, with delivery times and costs varying by zone.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the delivery zone:
- Zone 1: 1–3 working days
- Zone 2: up to 7 working days
- Zone 3: 7–10 working days
- Zone 4: 14–21 working days
- Zone 5: On application only
If you need a faster service, we also offer direct or express deliveries – please contact us before booking.
Do you use third-party couriers like DPD or DX?
No. All deliveries are made by Ebike Couriers or our trusted delivery contractors. We do not use general parcel couriers.
Can I track my delivery?
You’ll receive updates by email or SMS. We are working on implementing full real-time tracking for all customers.

How do I book a collection and delivery?
You can book your delivery directly through our website checkout. Just select your delivery and collection addresses, complete the shipment details, and confirm payment.
Can I choose a specific collection or delivery date?
We aim to accommodate preferred dates when possible. For guaranteed date or timed delivery, please contact us to arrange an express service.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the delivery zone and bike size. You’ll see a price breakdown during checkout. For custom jobs, please contact us for a quote.
Do you offer bulk or business rates?
Yes, we work with businesses and can offer discounted rates for regular or volume-based deliveries.
🔐 Insurance & Safety
Is my bike insured during delivery?
Yes. All shipments are covered by our Goods in Transit insurance up to £10,000.
What if my bike is worth more than £10,000?
We can arrange extended insurance cover. Please contact us before booking so we can include this in your quote.
What happens if my bike is damaged?
You must provide photos of the bike prior to collection. In the unlikely event of damage, you’ll need to submit clear photos and a description of the issue. We’ll handle claims promptly and professionally.
Do you handle lithium batteries safely?
Absolutely. We take lithium battery safety very seriously. Customers must ensure their battery is undamaged. Our driver has the right to refuse collection of any item with a visibly damaged or unsafe battery.
🛠️ Assembly & Special Services
Can you assemble the bike at the delivery address?
Yes. We offer optional bike assembly on delivery. Our drivers are trained to safely assemble bikes on-site.
What if there’s an issue with the bike assembly?
Please report any issues as soon as possible. Include a description and any photos of the problem. We’ll work quickly to resolve it.
Do you deliver unboxed or fully assembled bikes?
Yes. We can deliver both boxed and pre-assembled bikes. If the bike is assembled, we take extra care to secure it during transport.

What information do I need to provide?
You’ll need to provide:
- Whether you’re the sender or the recipient
- Full collection and delivery address
- Contact name, email, and mobile number for both parties
- Make, model, and approximate value of the bike
Do I need to package the bike?
If your bike is boxed, great — we’ll handle it carefully. If it’s unboxed or assembled, please ensure it’s clean and any accessories are secured.
Can I send accessories like chargers or helmets?
Yes, just make sure they’re securely attached or clearly labelled for delivery.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. You can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled collection. Cancellations after this may incur a fee.
