No. We transport cargo e-bikes fully assembled. Just make sure any loose accessories are secured or removed (e.g. detachable bags, keys, displays if applicable).
Is my cargo bike insured during transport?
Yes — transport is insured (subject to our Terms). If you have an especially high-value bike, contact us before booking so we can confirm the best option.
How does tracking and delivery communication work?
We provide live tracking (where available) and regular updates. The recipient is also notified when we’re roughly an hour away to help ensure a smooth handover.
What counts as “Remote / POA”?
