Delivery Zones Explained

We’ve divided our nationwide service into clearly defined delivery zones to help you understand how long your collection and delivery will take, and what to expect based on your location.

⚠️IMPORTANT: Please carefully examine the map below. Read the breakdown of delivery zones before placing an order to avoid any unexpected delays with your delivery.

What Determines the Delivery Zone?

Your delivery zone is based on the greater distance between the collection and delivery addresses — not each individually. For example:

  • If your collection is in Plymouth and delivery is in Truro, that’s Zone 1.
  • If your collection is in Exeter and delivery is in Birmingham, that’s Zone 2.
  • If collection is in Bristol and delivery is in Manchester, that’s Zone 3.

As we’re based near Plymouth, Zone 1 covers our local area — which is why we offer some of the most competitive prices in Devon and Cornwall. Our weekly nationwide delivery routes span a large part of the UK, allowing us to keep costs fair while providing realistic and reliable delivery timeframes for all customers, no matter where they’re located.

Zone 1

Timeframe: Up to 1-3 working days from booking
Includes:

  • Collection and delivery from or to anywhere in the light green shaded area (Devon and Cornwall only).
  • Examples: Plymouth to Truro, Exeter to Bodmin, Newquay to Launceston, etc.

Zone 2

Timeframe: Up to 7 working days from booking
Includes:

  • Collection or delivery from or to anywhere in the darker green shaded area.
  • Examples: Plymouth to Birmingham, Bristol to Oxford, Stoke-on-Trent to Truro, etc.

Zone 3

Timeframe: 7–10 working days from booking
Includes:

  • Collection or delivery from to to anywhere in the yellow shaded area.
  • Examples: Exeter to Norwich, London to Swansea, Manchester to Truro, etc.

Zone 4

Timeframe: 14–21 working days from booking
Includes:

  • Collection and delivery from or to anywhere in the orange shaded area.
  • Examples: Bristol to Carlisle, London to Glasgow, Plymouth to Newcastle upon Tyne, etc.

Zone 5 (On Application Only)

Timeframe: Variable – quoted individually
Includes:

  • Collection and delivery from or to anywhere in the red shaded area.
  • Example: Exeter to Belfast, Bristol to Fort William, London to Thurso, etc.
