Ebike Couriers was founded by Tony, an e-bike enthusiast and experienced logistics professional. Tony has been involved in the electric bike industry since 2016 – custom-building, selling, and writing about e-bikes for well-known cycling publications. Through his experience running a custom-built e-bike business, he recognised a serious gap in the market for specialist e-bike transport.
Every delivery we make is personal – backed by experience, care, and a genuine passion for two-wheeled transport.
As part of our commitment to providing reliable nationwide coverage, we proudly partner with two of the UK’s leading bike logistics companies – Bike Services UK and Scotland’s Courier Company Ltd. Book Your Delivery

- Provide your pickup and delivery locations, along with any additional information that helps us understand your requirements.
- Submit your enquiry and either we, or one of our trusted delivery partners, will review the details and get back to you with a tailored quote based on your exact needs.
Collection
- On the scheduled date, one of our professional drivers will arrive at your specified location to collect the bike.
- Our team ensures careful handling, including securely loading your bike onto our van to prevent damage during transit.
Transportation
- Your bike is safely transported to the destination.
- Throughout the journey, you can track the delivery in real-time, ensuring a timely arrival. You’ll be updated with progress notifications.
Delivery
- Once your delivery reaches its destination, our driver will carefully unload and deliver it to your specified address.
- If required, we can set your bike up on delivery – including straightening the handlebars, fitting pedals, and adjusting saddle height.
- A final email will be sent to confirm the successful delivery.

Delivery times will vary depending on your area:
- Zone 1 (Local – Devon & Cornwall) Collection and delivery usually within 1–2 days.
- Zone 2 Weekly delivery runs.
- Zone 3 Weekly delivery runs.
- Zone 4 Covered every 2 weeks.
- Zone 5 Price on application due to distance, ferry crossings, and scheduling.
For businesses with several deliveries to Scottish Highlands or Northern Ireland (Zone 5) or the North East of England (Zone 4), we can arrange a custom bulk delivery plan and quote accordingly — offering a cost-effective solution compared to individual shipments.
